Delete your account

You can delete your Gamble’s House account at any time. Deleting it removes your account and the data tied to it, on the website and in the app. It cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open the app and tap the account button at the top right of the home screen.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email

Email support@gambleshouse.com from the address on your account (or include the phone number you sign in with) and ask us to delete it. We confirm by reply once it’s done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details, profile, saved preferences and activity. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example billing records), as described in our Privacy Policy.
