These Terms govern your use of Gamble’s House at gambleshouse.com and related products. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version and revise the date above.

Eligibility

Gamble’s House is intended for a U.S. audience. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and be of legal age to use sports-betting-related content where you live—21 or older where required. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Do not use Gamble’s House where access to this type of content is prohibited.

Nature of the Service

Gamble’s House is a sports-betting analytics and education platform. We provide data, odds comparison, bet tracking, calculators, video lessons, and AI-agent analysis.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept or place wagers, hold customer funds, extend credit, set betting lines, or provide gambling services. Any decision to place a wager happens outside Gamble’s House with a third party you choose. You are solely responsible for that decision and its consequences.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product develops.

Accounts

You may create an account using email, a magic link, or a phone verification code. Give us accurate information, keep access to your email and phone secure, and do not share login codes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may limit, suspend, or close an account that violates these Terms, creates risk for others, or threatens the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Payments and Subscriptions

Gamble’s House offers a free Rookie tier and a paid Pro tier at $97 per month or $29 per week. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Stripe processes payments; Gamble’s House does not receive or store your full card number.

You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. You can cancel before the next renewal through the available account controls or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law.

We may change prices or plan features. If a change affects an active paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice before it applies to a future renewal.

Acceptable Use

Use Gamble’s House lawfully and for its intended analytics and educational purposes. You may not:

• break a law or encourage illegal gambling;
• use the service if you do not meet applicable age requirements;
• scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute data or content without permission;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, or subscription restrictions;
• interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code;
• impersonate someone, misuse another person’s account, or submit deceptive information;
• use automated output to mislead others or present it as guaranteed advice; or
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Intellectual Property

Gamble’s House and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, branding, lessons, original analysis, and compilations. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active and you follow these Terms.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

Third Party Data

Odds, statistics, schedules, and related information come from licensed third-party data providers. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or freshness. Third-party sites, sportsbooks, and services have their own terms and policies, and Gamble’s House is not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gamble’s House disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All content—including odds, calculators, lessons, tracked results, and AI-agent analysis—is informational and educational only. It is not financial, legal, or gambling advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome or profit. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Check important information yourself before acting.

Bet at your own risk. You are responsible for your wagers, losses, taxes, and compliance with local law. If gambling stops being fun or feels difficult to control, stop and seek help at 1-800-GAMBLER.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gamble’s House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, betting losses, or losses caused by reliance on the service or third-party data.
