Last updated: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Gamble’s House collects, why we use it, and the choices you have when you use gambleshouse.com and related products. We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version and revise the date above.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us, information created when you use the service, and limited information from companies that help us operate it.
- Account information: your email address, phone number, login method, and account identifiers.
- Subscription information: your plan, billing status, renewal timing, and transaction records. Stripe processes your payment card information; we do not receive or store your full card number.

- Technical information: IP address, device and browser details, log data, cookie identifiers, and security events.
- Support communications: messages and other information you send when asking for help or contacting us.
Please do not put sensitive personal information into AI prompts, bet-tracking notes, or support messages unless it is necessary.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- create and authenticate your account;
- provide analytics, odds comparison, tracking, calculators, lessons, and AI features;
- manage Rookie and Pro access, subscriptions, billing status, and renewals;
- personalize settings and remember your choices;
- respond to support requests and send important service messages;
- monitor performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect users and the service;
- understand and improve how Gamble’s House works; and
- comply with law and enforce our terms.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you and use it to analyze and improve the service.
Data Storage and Security
Account and product data is stored using Supabase and its Postgres infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access or loss will never happen.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where reasonably practical.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate.
Third Party Services
We share information with service providers only as reasonably needed for them to perform work for us or when the law requires it. Key providers include:
- Supabase: authentication, databases, and data storage.
- Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI: AI-generated analysis.
- Licensed sports-data providers: odds, statistics, schedules, and related data.
AI prompts and relevant context may be sent to the selected AI provider to produce a response. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. If you follow a link to a sportsbook or another third-party service, that service—not Gamble’s House—controls the information you provide there.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or another business in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to applicable law.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the service, remember preferences, understand feature use, and improve performance. Some are necessary for the site to work. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking them may break login or other features.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights, including rights described for California residents by the California Attorney General, to ask us to:
- provide access to or a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information;
- restrict or object to certain uses; or
- explain the categories of information we collect, use, and disclose.
You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing messages using the link in the message. To make a privacy request, email us. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, security needs, or required recordkeeping. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
